We require all clients booked for any lightening services (exepct for on scalp bleach) to have clean and dry hair from the same day.
Extra fees may be applied and appointment can be cancelled on arrival if the stylist cannot perform the service in appropriate conditions.
We do not perform any service on hair extensions and wigs.
Any appointment and be declined on spot by the stylist if she/he cannot perform in respect of her/his techniques and feasibility.
